Although the interviewer, whose surname is Chiu, kept smiling, they asked excessively about the benefits and salary at my previous company, etc. On the day of the interview, they said the manager was in a meeting and that I would have to make another trip for an interview with the manager. I missed one phone call, and when I called back afterward, I was told for several days that the interviewer was busy and that they would pass along the message. There has been no further communication. This was extremely disrespectful to a job seeker—I have never before experienced being abandoned halfway through an interview!
