Pros
Two days off per week
Cons
1. The office building is run-down and has no air conditioning. The building is shared with other companies, making the company difficult to find.
2. All office positions are salaried positions with no overtime pay.
3. Salaries for overseas assignment positions are lower than those offered by other footwear manufacturers.
4. A monthly meal allowance of NT$1,200.
5. There is no lucky draw at the year-end party, nor is there an employee welfare committee. The year-end party always serves barbecue meat from a restaurant invested in by the same owner.
