The office environment is okay.

Under the responsibility-based work system, overtime may extend until midnight, and employees also have to work overtime on holidays, with no overtime pay or compensatory leave. The year-end bonus is calculated based on the “average,” with an emphasis that it can be as high as 15–17 months’ salary. It is also performance-based; however, only one month’s bonus was paid last year. It is not fixed. If performance targets are met, back-office units may also receive performance bonuses, depending on operating conditions.
