A company for coasting toward retirement, with little competitiveness. Long-term employees mostly remain in their comfort zones and have a narrow perspective; there is a lot of petty, meddlesome behavior, making it suitable for group-buying. More than half have over 10 years of seniority. Thinking is conservative and traditional, and people are keen on political infighting and currying favor, while lacking professional product knowledge. After seven o’clock, there is hardly anyone in the office, making it very suitable for people who want to have children, support their families, and live a stable life.
