Pros
The opportunity to interact with international baking masters and suppliers, gain knowledge, and broaden my horizons!
Cons
1. The actual job responsibilities do not match what was described during the interview
2. Unfair performance evaluations, decided unilaterally by senior management rather than based on actual performance
3. Salary reductions for arbitrary reasons
4. Required to be on call 24 hours a day, including being available at any time on holidays
5. No transparent promotion pathway
