I recently applied and interviewed at this company. I’d like to share my experience.
1. Near the Nankan Interchange
2. It is a publicly listed company.
When I was filling out the application, HR said there would be a computer-based test during the interview. However, when I went there, there was only a written test.
During the interview, they made you think you would be hired, and they even discussed the offer and working hours with you. But a few days later, they kept calling to ask the same questions that had already been asked during the interview, repeatedly asking the same things.
After receiving many calls from HR, I then got an email saying that I didn’t need to come to work after all!
I was completely stunned. Why ask so many of the same questions when I had already answered them during the interview, only to say I wasn’t hired? What was the point of asking them? www
I heard from friends that recently, many HR staff need to meet performance targets and work-hour quotas, but the companies aren’t actually hiring anyone.
As long as an interviewee shows up, HR gets credit, even though the company has no real intention of hiring. So they keep posting fake openings and collecting the information of unsuspecting applicants...
The number of openings reported for related recruitment events is wildly exaggerated...
