1. Punctual working hours, very relaxed at work. As long as you complete about 60% of what your supervisor asks, it’s enough. If there’s something you don’t know how to do, just say you’re not very familiar with it and need to look into it. Later, if your supervisor forgets about it, then it’s no problem (?)

1. A traditional manufacturing company pretending to be an electronics company. Everything big or small at the company has to be run by the chairman.

Overall, the biggest drawback is that the company shows little sign of progress. Strategies that change from one day to the next have made the entire company extremely sluggish.

2. Power struggles are somewhat serious, especially since the chairman is very emotional.

3. The company develops new products, but its R&D capabilities are not very good. It cannot produce anything that looks decent, resulting in constant rework and a host of problems.
