1. The supervisor is quite lax. She just gives you a PPT to look at and then expects you to start practicing writing articles, without first explaining what the general work content will be like. You just keep practicing and practicing, and only when you officially have to write articles and post them online do you find out that many of them are copied and pasted from content farms......

2. The supervisor does not like new employees asking too many questions. Sometimes the issue is due to her own oversight, but she does not allow any corrections.

(It often happens that she has never mentioned something at all, but when you inadvertently violate a taboo, she questions you very harshly.)

3. The boss really changes instructions constantly. The work content has already been changed three times within one month, making it very difficult for new employees who are still adapting to adjust.

4. The job title is completely different from the position for which I was initially interviewed and hired. The salary is also extremely low—the base salary is just the minimum wage, with bonuses added on top.

5. For lunch, you basically can only order together with the company or bring your own, because the break is from 13:00 to 14:00. If you bring no lunch and do not place an order, you can only finish eating during the company's lights-out period (13:30–14:00) and then return to work......

(I feel this is basically forcing employees, in disguise, to order boxed lunches together with the company.)
