2. There are often issues connecting the front end and back end during acceptance testing. Requirements documents may be updated without being communicated to the R&D team, or requirements may even be changed by the PO on the day of a release.
3. Responsibilities are clearly divided, but incident tickets sometimes disappear without a trace when they reach certain teams.
4. The testing team lacks relevant technical expertise, reports issues indiscriminately, and asks R&D to investigate them.
5. R&D does not write unit tests. Many R&D team members think that once development is complete, they can simply wait for QE to report issues and then fix them.
Overall, this is still a worthwhile company to join, and the organization is being adjusted. However, getting onto the right team is very important.
