亞洲廣播股份有限公司
Pros

This job should be more suitable for students working part-time and people who graduated within the past year. Working in broadcasting seems to involve exposure to many different things, and it is also interesting, but the pay is too low, and it requires talent.

Cons

I recently had two interviews. In the first one, I chatted with a male DJ online, did a voice audition, and answered some questions (about marketing and advertising). He gave me some advice, and the process was good; he was also very sincere. As for the other female DJ, she seemed to think she was being very straightforward, but her actions and way of speaking were somewhat uncomfortable. (The interview lasted approximately 2 hours.)

During the second interview, the supervisor was half an hour late, which was a major deduction. I then discovered that the supervisor had not seriously read my résumé either. It seemed that they knew nothing about the job applicant, and their attitude was basically that it did not matter whether I came or not.

The supervisor was not the slightest bit apologetic about being late and even asked me to take my résumé back myself, saying that otherwise dealing with the Personal Data Protection Act would be very troublesome. How careless. Still, it was also good that I could recycle and reuse my résumé.

The supervisor gave a fairly detailed introduction to the job responsibilities, which was very helpful when evaluating the position. That was good. (The interview lasted approximately 30 minutes.)

If you want to enter the broadcasting industry, they do not really care what you have studied. What matters is whether you are naturally suited to making a living in this field (e.g., your voice and verbal fluency).

The company is quite run-down, and the salary offered is extremely low. I suspect that the company does not even have an HR department.
