1. This is a job where you can spend all day surrounded by lots, tons, an explosive amount of manga.

2. However, you need to be capable of handling them, so strong writing skills are essential. You should be able to write an appealing introduction for every manga and give it a fitting, well-deserved title.

3. We also hope you have the ability to manage schedules and communicate effectively—for example, urging translators and outsourced teams to deliver manuscripts to you on time. (This point is extremely important, so I was going to say it three times. Please imagine the other two times yourself; I won't actually repeat it three times.)

4. Finally, we hope you can treat all manga equally. Apart from a very small number of shōjo manga, most of our titles are adult-oriented, women-oriented, and highly romantic BL manga that may make your nosebleed. We hope to find someone who can treat these children well. Therefore, if they make you feel nauseated, dizzy, or faint, please do not contact us, so that neither of us wastes our precious youth.
