Image Quality Engineer / Assistant Engineer / Test Assistant
First, I wrote an English résumé and took a standard logic test, then began interviewing with the manager.
Suitable for people who have studied photography to apply for the interview.
The company location is very close to the light rail.
The logic test was very mindless.
I can understand testing for color blindness, since you do have to look at images.
Next, they show you a bunch of pictures and ask you to describe your thoughts—light and shadow, blocks of color, and so on.
Then they take you to a completely dark room. If you’re a woman, you might be scared; you can’t see your hand in front of your face.
In the completely dark room with no windows or lights, they test whether you have night vision like a cat—whether you can see things and walk in a straight line in the dark.
After leaving the completely dark room and entering a bright area, your eyes must adapt immediately and you must not be sensitive to light.
The C programming part is not used at all, so people who are afraid of programming don’t need to worry; you can apply.
Don’t expect the salary to be very high....
After the interview, I got the feeling that this company isn’t actually hiring and is just keeping the job posting up.
