5. Given the salary they offer and the job responsibilities, the position is only suitable for new graduates. Experienced people cannot fully utilize their abilities here and will also be restricted.

6. The interview process gave the impression that they want someone who is capable but cannot offer opinions.

Other: The company says it is an e-commerce business, but someone I know said that the company presents itself externally as an outsourced operations provider. When I actually went for the interview, the first person said it was all e-commerce, while the second person said it was an e-commerce platform that handles agency or distribution operations independently. The two people also gave conflicting information about the benefits. If you are considering joining, think it over carefully.
