The boss is always personally involved with employees and actively helps them solve difficulties. I have even seen the boss visit various stores to check on employees, listen to their concerns from their perspective, and understand their feelings. It is rare to find a boss who is willing to devote so much effort to their employees!
Disadvantages
I have heard that many complaints concern misunderstandings between a certain senior manager and employees. However, this issue seems to be gradually improving. Although progress is very slow, fortunately, the company does not simply favor its internal employees!
