The job advertisement posted on 104 Job Bank is written to look quite appealing and people-oriented, but I wonder how many people have been deceived into applying.
1. Manager Lai from HR has a very poor sense of time. The invitation email clearly stated the scheduled time, yet when you called to confirm, she was confused and did not even realize that she had already sent out the invitation email. It was outrageous.
2. The interview process was quite poorly organized. It did not start on time, and there was no proper reception process on site.
3. The floor is divided into two large spaces: the offices for the clinic's internal staff on the left and the clinic's examination rooms on the right. The atmosphere was cold and made it difficult to stay for long.
4. During the interview, four people interviewed you at once. Manager Liao played the role of the “wolf,” preferring to use intense questions to test the interviewee's reactions. There is nothing inherently wrong with that, but the approach was too crude, and the wording was very impolite, which fell short of the professionalism and people-oriented attitude expected of healthcare workers.
5. The interview questions felt like an interrogation of a criminal (?) The basic applicant information submitted before the interview was asked about again verbally on the day of the interview, making me feel extremely disrespected and that the process was unprofessional.
6. The salary offered is below the market rate, so applicants should think carefully. I recommend not wasting time on a job with an employer that applies such double standards.
