1. The interviewer was very patient in explaining the relevant responsibilities and company benefits.

2. The salary increase evaluation system is very appealing.

Overall, there are no particularly notable drawbacks. The only thing I felt was somewhat disrespectful was that they did not carefully review the applicant’s résumé, so they repeatedly asked the same questions. The process was first a phone interview → an on-site interview → a second interview.

At the time, I asked when I could find out the result at the earliest, and they replied that it would be before the following Monday. I waited almost two weeks and received no response. Whether I was rejected or there was some other situation, I think they should have sent an email to inform me.
