Before coming for the interview, I specifically visited the stores to look around and learn what people in this industry do. As it turned out, why is every salesperson so slick and greasy?

When I actually came for the interview, sure enough, the interviewing manager had the standard salesperson look and was extremely slick. My sincere advice is that if you consider yourself thin-skinned or not slick enough, you don’t need to waste your time interviewing here, because you’re not the kind of person they’re looking for.

Also, the interview process was pretty terrible. Even though I was among the first ten to finish writing the application on the computer, I ended up being among the last ten interviewed, waiting three whole hours for nothing! It was unbelievably ridiculous!

During the interview, I also felt that the interviewer just wanted to hurry up and wrap things up, showing no respect whatsoever for job seekers. They even kept asking me whether I wanted to start a business. Seriously? If I had money to start a business, would I still be wasting my time here with you?! Makes no sense.
