At the interview, the front desk first reviews your résumé and asks about your previous employment, the various reasons you left each company, and your salary.
After asking about every company, HR asks everything again.......
Is this just redundant questioning to check whether your answers are consistent.....?
If they can’t afford to hire someone with experience for 30K, they might as well hire a fresh graduate.
A bunch of companies aren’t actually trying to recruit people; they just want to advertise and lure people in.
Investment, perhaps?? It’s best to keep recruiting for that long and keep hiring.
