It violates labor laws in every respect, and on top of that, they constantly order employees to do illegal things.
You are constantly required to work overtime and do work outside your own responsibilities.
Every day, someone clocks you out at 6 p.m., making sure the government does not know your actual quitting time.
They deduct labor and health insurance contributions from your pay, and they do not even contribute the 6% labor pension themselves—they deduct it from your salary.
The entire company is made up of insiders.
Don't expect any promotions.
Working here will only leave you without prospects or a future.
