There is absolutely no training—just throwing useless information at you, then sending you into battle and later blaming those below for being incompetent. Newcomers are not advised to go there—it’s like committing suicide. The company’s R&D turnover is also high. Inexperienced employees have to shoulder a pile of responsibilities, while superiors refuse to take responsibility; they themselves are incompetent yet still dare to impose a bunch of unverified rules. Overall, it can only be described as a rotten pear dressed up as an apple.
