The colleagues are generally easy to get along with (at least the ones I’ve encountered). The administrative work is very simple: just keep calling and persuading customers to make a purchase.

You’re required to clock in when you start work, but not when you leave; there’s no overtime pay. It’s completely noncompliant with the Labor Standards Act. The rules can be changed whenever they want. Whether your supervisor is good or not is just a matter of luck. There are a lot of shady things going on—I won’t even mention how, before I left, it was exposed that the top-performing employee had stolen customer lists. The company even tried to cover for him, haha. Honestly, anyone who can make it through the probation period is a real champ.
