1. The supervisor is very arrogant and likes to make things difficult for people. Even though he’s clearly incompetent, he insists on taking charge.
2. Every day, you have to do all kinds of nonsensical odd jobs that waste your work time.
3. The supervisor loves holding meetings because that’s the only way he can feel relevant.
