Cons

I worked at this company for a few months, and looking back, it still makes me angry. Fortunately, I received severance for involuntary termination, so I lost a little less.

I originally applied only for a backend position. Even though there was already someone handling the frontend, engineers were still asked to help with frontend work, but the CEO did not immediately raise our salaries. Who would want to take that on?

I don't know what is going on with the outsourcing now. The projects are being completed incredibly quickly. I told the CEO that only careful, unhurried work can produce fine results, but they wouldn't listen. As a result, the engineers are constantly being pushed by the outsourcing team to meet deadlines and can only catch their breath when the entire acceptance process is over.

We're all just working to earn money. Who wants to work themselves to death? If not, the CEO should try being an employee.

The CEO says everything has to be planned, but after the documents are finished, they keep getting changed.

They seem to think that finishing development with no bugs is a reasonable expectation, which is simply asking the impossible.

They seem to think that subsidizing only half the cost is enough to force everyone to go to the gym.

They seem to think that every one-on-one meeting should lead to improvement, without considering that work can sometimes be affected because someone had an argument with their family.

The most important thing is the year-end banquet. They extravagantly booked out the entire venue without understanding the value of saving money. There were too many games, which exhausted everyone. Others received red envelopes worth over ten thousand, while I only drew one worth three thousand—it was obviously rigged.

In short, the CEO imposes too many rules and provides too few benefits. Anyone considering joining should think twice.
