People often treat you to food and drinks.
There are no employee trips; instead, they provide a pretty good travel subsidy, so you don't need to socialize with unfamiliar colleagues.
1. There is no overtime pay. They tell you to leave early, but if the work isn't finished and accumulates until the next day, isn't that basically the same thing?
2. Quite a few senior employees rely on their seniority, don't properly train their subordinates, and make sarcastic remarks when subordinates ask questions.
3. The scheduled end time is 17:00, but there is a strict rule that you can only leave at 17:30.
4. There are no typhoon days off. You can take the day off if you want, but you'll be watched closely... yeah.
5. The longer people have been there, the more they shift responsibility. Person A tells you to ask Person B, then B tells you to ask C, and it goes on indefinitely. It only works if you ask your supervisor to contact the other person's supervisor.
