1. Colleagues at the same level are easy to get along with.
2. Work starts at 9:30 a.m., but there is a grace period until 10:00.
1. The company is in a very remote location. Even during the one-hour lunch break, you need to take a bus or walk for 10–15 minutes to get food, which is very inconvenient.
2. The year-end bonus is astonishing, but whether you can actually receive it is another matter. In addition, there is frequent overtime without overtime pay, so in reality, the year-end bonus is essentially used to subsidize unpaid overtime.
3. There is not much opportunity for the job responsibilities or salary to change or increase, so please think carefully before joining.
4. You cannot learn new things in the Marketing Department. Management says you can try more things, but there is a huge volume of copywriting, creative materials, and advertising, so there is simply no time to experiment.
5. In fact, all of the above shortcomings are tolerable—except for the Marketing Manager. The manager gives people the impression of being very two-faced and often sows discord among colleagues. Lacking sufficient ability, the manager needs subordinates to complete all of their work, then turns proposals and reports completed by subordinates into their own work and presents them to the boss to take credit. Countless department meetings are held every week to discuss the same issues, wasting time while requiring those below to solve them. You need to keep a clear head and have strong logical thinking when listening to the manager speak; otherwise, you may easily pick up incorrect marketing concepts.
P.S. The turnover rate in the Marketing Department was already high, but after the manager changed, it reached a new high!
