I was also randomly selected and directly scheduled for an interview. They told me to arrive early, then made me wait for an hour!! At first, they had 10 people take turns introducing themselves. Those they didn’t want were simply told to leave without a single word. They didn’t introduce the company or the job responsibilities either. It was extremely disrespectful and left me feeling terrible, with a very arrogant attitude.
