I was also selected through a scattershot approach and directly scheduled for an interview. They told me to arrive early, then made me wait for an hour!! At the beginning, they had 10 people take turns introducing themselves. Those they didn’t want were simply told to leave without a single word, and they didn’t introduce the company or the job responsibilities. This was extremely disrespectful and left me feeling terrible. They had a very arrogant attitude.
