All-you-can-eat snacks
I have absolutely no idea how senior management makes decisions; they don't even understand basic waste-cost calculations.
They have the nerve to act but never take responsibility. Every time they issue some stupid order, they make subordinates clean up the mess, and they are always threatening to fire people to force them to resign.
A certain warehouse manager is so stupid that they completely fail to understand the situation yet think they can hold everything together. They are also stingy and miserly, nitpicking even over the distribution of consumable supplies.
