For example, the boss is very nice and treats employees well. Everything that should be provided is provided. I have been with this company for four years, and I’m sharing this for everyone’s reference.
The boss is relatively busy and does not supervise employees very often, but also trusts them, so employees generally handle more things on their own. Except for some more important matters, issues are discussed with everyone during meetings.
