The company feels large, with a two-story office. Although it is somewhat old, the employees seem young, mostly women, and very friendly. The interview was thorough and included two types of tests. The first was a written test with only a few questions, basically asking you to describe your abilities, family background, and so on. The second was computer-based BANNER graphic design: you are given some images as source material, and AI image files can also be used. It just needs to be completed within one hour.

The interviewer and I had a very pleasant conversation, and they also said verbally, “Mm-hmm, basically, it’s you—it’s you.” However, even after waiting three days, I still was not notified. When I called, I found out that I still had to wait another seven days because they were still conducting interviews, which did not leave a very good impression. Nevertheless, it is basically a free, employee-oriented company that is still developing.
