The interview lasted about an hour and a half. I first spoke with someone from the technical team for an hour, then talked with the manager. We mainly discussed the job responsibilities, the product and development methods, possible situations that might arise, and so on. We also talked about management styles and experience, as well as the possibility of being on call. Afterwards, we discussed the team structure and compensation package. Overall, I was quite interested after the conversation.
