Pros
The company made it very clear from the start: the probationary period has a fixed salary, and after passing probation, it’s a base salary plus bonuses. However, managers usually set the targets relatively high, so you’ll earn more than the salary you negotiated.
Cons
The boss is impatient and rushes everything.
