The company environment is fairly good—clean, and there are lots of places to eat on the first floor of the building, which is convenient and inexpensive.
1. The company is heavily family-run, with a great many connected people inside, so you have to be very careful about what you say.
2. When they fire someone, they notify you in the morning and tell you to get out that afternoon. It is extremely disrespectful.
3. There is also a great deal of infighting. If you upset the people above you, then even if you have worked there for 5–10 years and devoted yourself to the company, they will still use various methods to push you to the point where you want to resign. They frequently move your office seat, and so on.
After you leave, they start badmouthing you all over the company, blaming you for taking away the company’s clients, causing the company to have no clients and poor performance, and so on—everything gets blamed on the employee who was let go.
4. The company’s upper management loves to whisper behind people’s backs. Probably every employee has been badmouthed. You need to be very careful and really know how to flatter people; otherwise, you will definitely be talked about negatively.
5. The reasons the company gives for dismissing people are also ridiculous. They may even decide that you will spread gossip at the company and create a bad atmosphere. No matter how much you have done for the company, they will still notify you in the morning and ask you to leave that afternoon.
6. They are extremely afraid of employees gathering together to chat at the company, worried that employees will get together and speak badly about the company. Upper management is also strongly opposed to employees gathering together on holidays or after work.
7. They have violated many provisions of labor law. I do not know why none of this has been listed here.
As someone who has been at this company for nearly 10 years, my feelings are beyond words. Those who refuse to heed the advice of their elders will suffer for it. If you are planning to interview here, I hope this can offer you some advice.
