Pros
There is a company shuttle, the year-end bonus is decent, and there is a lunch break
Cons
Frequent mandatory overtime, with restrictions on overtime pay
High workload pressure, little interaction within the team, and somewhat lacking in camaraderie
The workplace location is very inconvenient
Little basic training, so you have to rely on self-study and work overtime every day at the beginning
Semi-accountability system; if you make a mistake, you get singled out
