The year-end bonus is generous, at around five months’ salary, and assistant salaries are approximately NT$33,000.
There is also summer vacation, and the number of days off is generally greater than Taiwan’s national holidays.
There are two interviews in total.
The first interview includes a written test (a logic test, translating Japanese emails from Chinese to Japanese and Japanese to Chinese, and translating English international trade terms into Chinese).
It takes a little over an hour.
The second interview is with a senior executive.
It takes about 30 minutes.
You have to wait a long time during the interviews.
For the first interview, I waited nearly an hour for the female supervisor <the supervisor looked very displeased>.
For the second interview, I also waited about 40–50 minutes for the senior executive.
