Rapid development; large company
Cons
The company is now renamed Samoa-based Chih-Chiang International Enterprise.
Internally, people like to criticize and attack one another, speaking badly of others while portraying themselves as good.
Some plant sites like to berate people. When problems occur, they shift blame onto one another.
There are factions within the company, and the political relationships are complicated.
The employee turnover rate is very high.
Only after joining do you learn that several hundred people have left.
However, I heard that senior management does not care,
because they believe employees simply have low stress tolerance.
It also appears that the turnover rate among management is not low.
As a result, although the company has only a few plants, its recruitment websites are always full of vacancies. Because people keep resigning, the positions are never fully filled.
There is too much difference between the stated core values and the actual environment.
The company culture is strange.
The company says one thing and does another.
Supervisors decide promotions and bonuses based on their personal preferences.
Personal discretion is heavily emphasized; policies can be changed whenever management decides.
People who have an inflated sense of self-importance or are articulate may fit in here.
There are many people like this inside.
For those who simply work quietly and sincerely, the workload will only keep increasing. Tasks can be increased, but compensation cannot.
The work pressure is high, and you may also be berated by supervisors. Think carefully before joining.
