The company building is very run-down. When you arrive, you first take a logic test, followed by a group interview. The interviewer clearly had not looked at my résumé beforehand and came straight into the interview. The questions were all improvised on the spot and lacked focus, and the interviewer often went around in circles.

The company feels very problematic. Aside from running his own store, the supervisor has only had this one work experience. He was quite frank and constantly swore, but the interview wandered from topic to topic without any focus. To his credit, he was honest in saying that the education industry they currently operate in is essentially the telemarketing industry. He also made it clear that the management trainee role involves interviewing people, bringing them in, and then eliminating them.
