Staffing agencies all say that as long as you perform well, you can become a regular employee in about a year. But many people have waited two or three years, and some have already been there for five years, yet their status is still that of dispatched workers. They have no idea when they will be able to become regular employees. In the end, they all give up and resign. Is it because these people performed too poorly and therefore weren't qualified?

If any supervisor from the relevant department dares to come out and say loudly that these dispatched workers who have been there for several years couldn't become regular employees because their performance ratings were too poor, then I'll hand out fried chicken cutlets and bubble tea at the front entrance of 祥茂.
