Pros
The salary is good if you meet your performance targets.
Cons
The efficiency of handling matters is extremely poor; no matter what you ask for, the response speed is very slow. Senior executives are hired externally, and after being there for a while, you will clearly feel that there is no future. If you can't find a job for the time being, you can come here, but you won't stay long.
