1. Frequently lays people off without warning (always saying the company has no money—it seems they must have spent it all on severance pay!) and the severance certificates are issued very informally; the person issuing them is extremely prone to spelling mistakes.
2. Extremely stingy in every way. The air conditioning is kept very low in summer, making it feel like a steam room. If you forget to turn off even one light after work, you will be harshly reprimanded. What is laughable is that they do not trust professionals, waste money elsewhere, and then complain that they have no money to support their employees.
3. Spends time monitoring employees. If you leave work too punctually, you will be asked what you are going to do that evening.
4. Both managers are emotional, unreasonable, and impossible to work with.
5. I strongly advise everyone not to waste your time at this company.
