14 months’ salary, afternoon tea about 1–2 times a month on average, and a fairly decent work environment
1. Internal operations are chaotic, and many systems are still being established, so there are currently hardly any benefits.
2. Overtime is the norm: weekdays start at 21:30 at the earliest, and Saturdays also require reporting to the company. (Inner voice: Overtime for the company’s development is only to be expected; no one can say no!)
3. Decisions change from one day to the next: what was originally said to be A is suddenly changed to B. Regardless of whether it is reasonable or legal, employees are forcefully required to accept it; if you do not accept it, please leave. (Inner voice: There are always more people to hire.)
4. Despite being a startup, the company lacks the freedom that should come with one, as well as opportunities for open communication and sharing ideas and opinions, making it difficult to get things done.
