The office is very beautiful and clean
The interview experience was quite bad (perhaps it was an isolated case?)
The location is actually quite difficult to find, and it is very far from the MRT and bus stations (next to Songshan Airport)
After waiting around for 30 minutes, I found out that the interviewer was not there, so the interview was ultimately conducted via Skype.
The Japanese manager was clearly pulled in to participate in the interview, and looked awkward and unhappy.
(She kept speaking in Japanese, saying things like, “So am I the one interviewing her? Should I ask questions?” The Japanese manager did not even have a résumé to look at.)
It would be one thing if neither the Taiwanese nor Japanese interviewer had looked at my résumé, but they even got the wrong person.... (Or was the wrong person invited???)
The interviewers clearly had no interviewing experience and did not know what questions to ask. They kept asking me, “Do you have any questions?”
Partway through, they even called someone else in to take over and conduct the interview....
The person who came in also looked awkward and had no idea what was happening, just sitting there on the sidelines.....
In the end, the interviewee ended up leading and conducting their own interview. It was quite a peculiar experience.....
