The interviewer had a friendly smile and was very polite, providing detailed information about the position and the company.
Overall, it seems to be a company that provides all the benefits it should, and it sounded like frequent overtime is not required.
Although the posted salary range was 28k–40k, my minimum requirement stated on my résumé was the midpoint of this range. After inviting me to an interview, they still informed me that they could not offer my expected compensation, which inevitably made me feel like I had made the trip for nothing (especially since I was employed and had to take time off work).
