If you have any concerns, please feel free to inquire further. Regarding the current status of labor and health insurance, all amounts and late-payment surcharges will be paid in installments, and this will not affect your rights and interests. As for the company’s strategies and direction mentioned earlier, everyone has their own ideas, and we are all still working to find common ground. No one can perform a role perfectly from the very first day—whether boss or employee, we are all continuously learning, and I have learned a great deal from each of you as well.

In conclusion, it has been a fortunate opportunity to work with all of you. I sincerely thank our former employees for their feedback and wish each of you a smooth and successful career ahead. I also wish the company continued growth and success.
