Large company with many employees and large-scale projects
Newcomers can quickly broaden their horizons
Many departments, allowing you to quickly become “socialized”
Cons
Overtime is unpaid; bonuses and compensatory time off are promised but impossible to obtain
Leaving the company at 10 p.m. is considered normal
