What a terrible company. I strongly advise everyone not to waste your life at this company; it is absolutely not worth putting in so much effort. Thank you to the company for giving me an annual bonus (a full NT$500). After working so hard for the company and putting in more than a year, I have truly learned a lesson today: the salary payment schedule and annual bonus are completely nontransparent, and there is no way to know the exact payment date. I only found out about the bonus when a colleague told me today that it had already been paid. Moreover, there is no way to see the annual bonus performance rating or anything else; there is no specific written explanation at all. What are these evaluation criteria? All I know is that I received exactly NT$500. At that moment, I felt a mixture of emotions. I am truly helpless and disappointed. This has shown me how the company treats its employees. It’s not that I’m inexperienced—I’ve also worked elsewhere for quite some time. You might as well not have given this bonus at all. When I told my family and friends about it, they were completely dumbfounded too. All I can say is, don’t be fooled by the company’s outward appearance; internally, it is a complete mess. The turnover rate is also extremely high, and there are only a few colleagues with more than a year of seniority—you can count them on three fingers. By all means, do not join this company!!!
