Gifts are given for the three major holidays, but I still think cash would be more practical.
I remember that this year I received one free-range chicken (whole and uncooked), one packet of sesame-oil chicken soup base (quite tasty), and one packet of meatballs (flavorless). Friends who like New Year gifts or are not short of money might consider this an advantage.
I can’t calculate the value, but I still think cash would be more practical. Giving me 3,000 or 5,000 would be better for me—I’m short of money.
An unlimited probationary period is used to take advantage of newcomers, making you watch other people receive performance bonuses.
No matter how much you write for an IE project, it is useless. Only things written by team leaders or engineers might be adopted; even if you write a lot, it will still be thrown into the trash.
There is only one person responsible for industrial safety, and they were recently fired. As a result, accidents can easily happen inside the factory—too many to list.
The machinery has to be shut down for maintenance every month. After restarting a few days later, a bunch of problems will appear.
There are always machines that can never be fully maintained, and machines that can never be fully repaired.
When you call the facilities department for repairs, they will take a long time to come—unless you ask an engineer or section manager to request it; only then will they come, and very reluctantly.
You can only keep waiting for the machine to break down before requesting repairs. There is no way to have a preventive mechanism. Once it breaks down and production stops, they shift the blame to the facilities department.
Working shifts is great. Basically, if you can think of a shift arrangement, they have it here.
If you are a technician, pay attention to your own safety. Accidents really happen easily here; everything is very old.
The equipment is only repaired enough to run unless it has broken down into scrap.
Therefore, be especially careful when passing by equipment and check for unusual noises. Something unexpected may happen.
The railings and handrails are also severely corroded because of the seaside environment. When climbing or performing maintenance at heights,
please do not hold onto the handrails, and do not trust them or lean against them. Someone really has fallen.
Resigning is very troublesome. They will try every possible way to persuade you to transfer to another department. If you are persuaded to transfer, it is equivalent to becoming a new employee—effectively the start of a new probationary period.
