Whenever a newcomer joins, the boss always says: “You’re very suitable for project work.”
But you’ll never actually get to work on projects.
They give you a pile of hopes and dreams, making it seem like there’s a bright future ahead, without you realizing that you’ve already stepped into the beginning of hell.
There is no clocking in or out. When asked, the boss is evasive and changes the subject. The overtime pay is +0.33, which is completely illegal, yet they constantly talk about the Labor Standards Act. From the past until now, only one employee has stayed for more than three years; the employee turnover rate is extremely high.
Employees are required to fulfill the company’s demands through illegal means. Employees’ personal backgrounds are shared with other employees for them to ridicule, and there are also constant personal attacks (on people’s bodies and faces). In short, it is an utter failure.
