Don't apply unless your Japanese is at a business level or even close to native. Even if you have no problem chatting with Japanese people in everyday situations and hold JLPT N1, they will still tell you that you're more suited to doing odd jobs for them. The hourly wage is about the same as at a convenience store. The Japanese interviewer did not respect job applicants and spoke sarcastically. Seeing online that this company has a high turnover rate, this interview experience really wasn't surprising at all.
