You can drink bubble tea twice a week.
1. The salary is the same during the probationary period, but after the probationary period it is split into a base salary plus bonuses.
2. The boss thinks that writing HTML/JavaScript/AngularJS/Vue.js is no different from developing for iOS/Android/Unity.
3. The boss believes that once a product is completed and enters the maintenance phase, layoffs should begin.
4. The operations team is relatively weak compared with those of its peers.
5. There was a major round of layoffs at the end of December 2018. After receiving their year-end bonuses in January 2019, many people resigned. The company is now starting to recruit again to fill the vacancies.
6. The total bonuses in 2018 no longer amounted to 16 months of salary; some people did not even receive 15 months of salary.
From the above drawbacks, it can be seen that this company is not very stable. Please think twice before jumping into this pit.
